Who we are

Vibrant Systems is a company designed to deepen authentic and transformative connections wherever people gather. My mission is to help people deepen their connection to self, connection to others, and connection to the environment.

Information collected

This website collects information to improve site functionality, track analytics, and allow for site engagement.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time by emailing danielle.vibrantsystems@gmail.com and asking to unsubscribe. If you do so, your personal information will be immediately deleted from our files, and you will no longer receive The Vibrant Community.

Sales Information

All sales conducted through this website are through a secure payment method in compliance with the Electronic Transactions Act, which ensures that “electronic records and transactions have the same validity and enforceability as traditional paper-based transactions”.

Personal information, such as your name, email address, and payment information, will be required to complete these transactions. However, all transactions will be completed through the Stripe payment gateway. View the Stripe Privacy Policy for more information about how your data is used and/or stored during and after a transaction.

Vibrant Systems will not release sales data to third party users, and will only record data necessary for tax purposes.

Event Registrations With Corsizio

Vibrant Systems uses Corsizio to schedule events, accept registrations, and communicate with event attendees. This third-party information is embedded on our site to facilitate ease of use. Through this software, which is integrated with Stripe payments, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and necessary payment information.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Unauthorized users do not have access to data that our website collects. This information is password protected.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
