Acceptance of terms

Products and services

Vibrant Systems offers a combination of free and paid products and services in order to best fulfill their Vision and Mission.

Free materials

Complementary materials, such as blog posts ( Stories), and The Vibrant Community are offered to site users as a way to promote engagement, share company insights, and appeal to potential customers. Vibrant Systems also published complementary content on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

These materials offer the option to engage in community dialogue on various topics, such as community-building, strengthening connections, and other relevant topics. While anyone may access these materials, abusive, intolerant, or aggressive behaviours will result in your IP Address being blocked from using this website.

Paid materials

Vibrant Systems also sells paid materials, such as workbooks, guidance and mentorship calls.. Paid materials vary in price and depth, allowing several pathways for customers to engage with Vibrant Systems’ services.

Order process

For customers who would like to purchase materials or guidance/mentorship calls from the Vibrant Shop, the following procedures will apply.

Workbooks

Workbooks can be accessed through the Vibrant Shop page or Vibrant Systems’ Linktree. Each workbook will describe what the customer will receive and the intention of this resource. Through this Stripe-integrated purchase link, you will be taken to a checkout page for this course offering, where the cost of this resource is plainly labelled.

You will receive access to each workbook immediately after completing the payment. Within 24 hours, you will also receive an email directly with additional download links. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, or email danielle.vibrantsystems@gmail.com for assistance.

Returns and refunds

Workbooks are non-refundable at this time.

Mentorship services

Vibrant Systems mentorship services are offered in the form of Guidance or Mentorship calls, and can be booked through the Vibrant Shop or the Linktree and can be booked through Calendly, which uses Stripe integrations to receive payments.

Each Mentorship Service is tailored towards unique needs. The description of each Mentorship Service is designed to help clients make an informed decision about what service is most suited to their needs, based on topic, time, and price. However, each Mentorship Service is also uniquely tailored to the client(s) in attendance of unique meetings, to ensure the value, strategic guidance, and insight is both relevant and impactful.

Returns and refunds

Once booked, the client may request a refund on a Mentorship Service IF the request is made 48-hours or more in advance of the scheduled service.

Refund requests can be made directly to danielle.vibrantsystems@gmail.com.

Refund requests made within a 48-hour window of the scheduled service will be denied, as Vibrant Systems will have already begun the process of preparing for this requested service.

Clients may reschedule Mentorship Services up to 1-hour in advance of the scheduled service. Please contact danielle.vibrantsystems@gmail.com to submit a Request to Reschedule.

Intellectual property

All of the material hosted on Vibrant Systems is the intellectual property of Danielle Hauck, the owner and operator of this company.

Materials hosted on this website, including Stories and paid Video Course content, cannot be replicated for sale or distribution by customers or consumers. All materials, paid and free, are intended for individual use.

Further intellectual property rights and agreements will be outlined Mentorship Services in the specific Service Agreements between Clients and Mentor.

Limitations of liability

The information hosted on this website is intended for general use and self-exploration only, and should not be taken as professional advice.

Vibrant Systems is not liable for damages arising from use of website or purchase of products.

Land Acknowledgement

Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. I also acknowledge that I work across Turtle Island, which is now known as Canada, and as such, work within the traditional territories of all Turtle Island’s First Peoples.

As an Albertan with settler ancestry living in Treaty 7 Territory, I celebrate the fact that we are all Treaty peoples, and in that, we all have a responsibility to care for the Land we live on. This Land is home to countless
nations, animals, plants, and medicines, all of whom are deserving of our care and respect. Vibrant Systems seeks to honour the traditional knowledges and relationships across Canada, and support Reconciliation through the work I
do each day.

In integrity, I understand that my mindset and actions are the first place of transformation, and that this growth is ongoing.
