Facilitated Workshops grow community capacity. Vibrant Systems guides, builds connections, and develops tools for community success. All Vibrant Systems workshops include a brief consulting session. We explore which topic is right for you, and how the topic can be tailored to your needs.

Community Mentorship is built on relationships and a goal to transform.
A Community Mentor is exactly what it sounds like. We mentor your community through the highs, lows, and challenges you run into.
Relationships and connection are a part of being human. Community is the structure that exists between these relationships and connections.
Most people hear community and assume it means a town or city. The truth is community is any space where people gather with a shared intention.
Whatever its purpose, Community Mentorship helps your community thrive.
Vibrant Systems balances strategic opportunities and relational connection. We listen to your concerns, your challenges, and your goals. Then, with a perspective honed by years of experience, we open the door to solutions you may not have seen before.
The goal? To help you deepen your connection to self, to others, and to the environment by creating a community as vibrant as you are.
Not every community needs Facilitated Workshops or a comprehensive partnership. Sometimes, we just need a helping hand to complete important projects or reach critical milestones.

Land Acknowledgement
I live and work on the traditional lands of the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations, and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. I also work across Turtle Island, and work in the traditional territories of all Turtle Island’s First Peoples.
As an Albertan with settler ancestry living in Treaty 7 Territory, I celebrate all Treaty peoples. We all have a responsibility to care for the Land we live on. This Land is home to countless nations, animals, plants, and medicines deserving of our care and respect. Vibrant Systems seeks to honour the traditional knowledges and relationships across Canada, and support Reconciliation through the work I do each day.
